At Orientica Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused perfume in its original luxury packaging and outer shipping box to ensure the bottle remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
